Verizon Prepaid Customer Service
Customer Service can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via email, a toll free number and by dialing 611 on your Verizon Prepaid phone without incurring airtime charges. Verizon Prepaid customer support is also available at any of the Verizon Wireless locations. I have used the Verizon Customer service and never been treated poorly. I have used Tracfone and Net10 and Straight Talk customer serviceand it is not nearly as good as Verizon Wireless Customer Care.
I have gone to a Verizon Wireless store for help and also dialed 611 from my Prepaid phone. The Customer Service men and women were very good. The phone support was located in Arizona not Columbia.
Verizon Wireless provides one of the biggest and most dependable cellular networks in the nation. Verizon Wireless also offers pay as you go Wireless services. This is a picture of the Logo which we all relate to “Can you Hear Me Now.”
The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan charges 25 cents per minute with no daily access fee. The Verizon Wireless Basic plan is not competitive with any of the other prepay plans.
Net10.com for 10 cents a minute or Tracfone.com. from 6.6 cents up to 33 cents a minute are better alternatives.
The Verizon Core Plan charges 99 cents per day access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless mobile phones are free of charge. I made use of theVerizon Core plan for several months, if most of your phone calls are generally with Verizon Wireless customers this is often a good deal.
The Verizon Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. Basically this will be the same as the Core plan with Unlimited Nites and Weekends added and you will only pay 5 cents per text to receive and send.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.

Call waiting, caller ID, 3 way calling and call forwarding are included. Monspnvz030310
Verizon Prepaid Nationwide Long Distance is included for the same rate as the rest of your service.
