Existing Balance Carry Forward with Verizon Prepaid
If you refill before your activation time expires then your account balance will roll forward. Your service time will not carry forward unless you have more service time left than you get with your purchase. For instance if you have 50 days of service left and you add $15 with 30 days to your service you will end up with an extra $15 on your balance but only 50 days of service, not 50 days plus 30 days.
Verizon Wireless has one of the largest and most dependable cell networks in the nation. Verizon Wireless also offers pay as you go Wireless services. Here is a picture of the Logo that we all relate to “Can you Hear Me Now.”
The Verizon Prepaid Basic Plan charges 25 cents per minute with no daily access fee. The Verizon Basic plan is not competitive with any of the other prepay plans.
Net10.com for 10 cents a minute or Tracfone.com. from 6.6 cents up to 33 cents a minute are better options.
The Core Plan is 99 cents per day for access and calls are 10 cents per minute. Unlimited calls to Verizon Wireless cell phones are free of charge. I used theVerizon Core plan for almost a year, if most of your phone calls tend to be to other Verizon Wireless customers this is often a great option.
The Plus Plan is $1.99 per day access and charges 5 cents per minute. This plan also includes Unlimited night and weekend minutes (starting at 9 p.m.) and Unlimited calls to other Verizon Wireless phones all day.
The Verizon Prepaid Unlimited Talk Plan offers Unlimited minutes and one-cent text messages for $3.99 per day.
